KIFS Mitra is a customer-facing mobile application designed to provide borrowers with easy access to their loan-related information. Through this app, customers can conveniently view Loan Details, Transaction History, Welcome Letter, Repayment Schedule, and also make Overdue Payments via UPI.

Currently, the app is available only for Android devices.

Process to Install & Use the App:

1.      Download the KIFS Mitra app on your Android phone.

2.      Enter the mobile number registered with your loan account.

3.      Authenticate yourself using the OTP-based verification.

4.      Access and manage your loan information securely.
